Cold Rice Makeover!!

 
Do you live alone or do you live with your family? For those of you who live alone, cooking can be troublesome, and you probably eat out a lot! But that can be unhealthy and expensive. For those of you who live with family, don’t you feel guilty that your Mom does all your cooking? Don’t dispose the cold rice! This article would introduce three similar delicious cuisine easily. Here are some recipes that whoever can try cooking with the cold rice and the same ingredients.
 
Rice Pizza.


  Rice pizza looks like a normal pizza except that it doesn’t have crust.
Also, unlike a normal pizza, the rice pizza is chewy rather than crunchy. According to which topping you use, you may experience particular tastes. The tomato-sauce gives extra flavour to the rice pizza. As the dough is made of rice, it tastes lighter than normal pizza so everyone can enjoy it. 
 

INGREDIENTS OF RICE PIZZA

INGREDIENTS

Essential ingredients for 2 people:
2 bowls of cold rice
one egg
tomato ketchup
2 bowls of pizza cheese
oil or butter. 
1/2 an onion
100g of sausage 
1/2bowl of corn
1/2 paprika
mushroom



 This is a two step process. You have to make the topping first and then the pizza vase. To make the topping, first cut the sausage, onion and paprika into small sizes, about 1cm each. You can also use other materials such as mushroom, corn or kimchi. 



Next, put some butter in a pan and melt it. Finally, stir fry all the materials in the oil with the butter.

 To make the pizza dough, first cold rice mixed with egg and then fry the rice with oil, Second, mix together until it makes a dough put the rice on the pan and flatten it out.



 Fourth, spread tomato ketchup or spaghetti sauce on the rice. Finally, spread the topping evenly over the dough and add Cheese. Cook at low heat for about 15minutes.





Rice Hot dog.
  
This looks like a hot dog. the difference is the makeup of the batter.  



INGREDIENTS
Essential ingredients for 2 people:
2 bowls of cold rice
one egg
tomato ketchup
oil or butter
1/2 an onion
100g of a Vienna sausage

1/2 bowl of corn
1/2 paprika
mushroom
bread crust



This is also a two-step process. Although this recipe uses similar ingredients, the form and taste is quite different.

To make the better, first cut and slice the ham, onion and paprika into small pieces. Next, mix all these materials with the cold rice while adding sesame oil. 






 When thoroughly mixed, wrap a sausage with the mixture and make it bind to shape the hotdog. Repeat this step using the rest of the rice and sausages. 























When you finish, coat bread crumbs evenly on the rice hotdog you already made.

To cook, first pour cooking oil(1/3 cup) on the heated pan. Then, fry and roll the hotdogs that are coated with bread crumbs at the same time. To give a tip, remove cooking oil by using kitchen towel to reduce the calories. Finally, put the stick into the rice hotdog. After cooking, sprinkle the ketchup on it and it’s ready to eat!!


 
If some materials are left, put all the materials on the pan and stir-fry them to make a delicious stir-fry rice to accompany the rice hot dogs!
